Yes, we have done this before but it was too much fun to not try again for the newcomers in our group.
Suminagashi means "floating ink." The Japanese first starting using this technique with water and oil paints. We used our own version with shaving cream and acrylic paints. If you laminate the bookmarks, they make great gifts.
